Brandon and Nicky Carp established the Prac3 Group in 2019 to manage the family's investments following the sale of UHG, the digital health business they founded in 1997. Prac3 Group includes Prac Advisory & Strategic Capital, Prac Property & Investments and UHG Foundation, the vehicle for its community activities.
