    Brandon's professional journey spans three phases: clinician, entrepreneur, and advisor. Graduating with honours in medicine in 1987, he practiced as a clinician until 2008, notably at the Alfred Hospital and in General Practice. In 1997, he co-founded UHG, a leading B2B digital health platform, where he served as managing director until 2014, then as executive chairman until its acquisition by MedHealth Group in 2019. Brandon now divides his time between property management and involvement with a portfolio of innovative healthcare businesses. He is a director of the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, Chair of the Victorian Clinical Genetics Service, founder of the Australian Clinical Entrepreneur Program and founding President of the Australian Society of Medical Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Brandon is an Honorary Enterprise Fellow of the University of Melbourne. Married to Nicky, he has three adult sons.

    Nicky, a law economics graduate, co-founded UHG, a leading B2B digital health platform, facilitating over 150,000 transactions yearly. Recognised as a B Corp and repeatedly named AFR’s Most Innovative Company, UHG was acquired by Medheath Group in 2019. Post-acquisition, Nicky and Brandon established Prac3 Grop, focusing on investment, advisory services, and community engagement, particularly in healthcare. Nicky enjoys supporting business leaders during growth and transition phases, operates a GP clinic and oversees the UHG Foundation. She chairs Flying Fox, fostering social inclusion for those with disabilities, and serves on the board of Insire Impact, a disability housing fund. A proud mother of 3 boys, Nicky is passionate about nurturing future leaders and advocating for inclusive communities.
